NematronChina is a joint venture established by Nematron company of the United States and Shanghai Aera Technology Development Co.,Ltd. in China. It owns “nematron” and its Chinese name "Rui - Qiang" brand and registered trademark，Now Shanghai Aera Technology Development Co.,Ltd. is responsible for its operation currently.
NematronChina has established a development, production and the logistics center in China, which carries on developments and productions synchronously with the American and European branch, and provides the full range of products and solutions for the global customers. The NematronChina is also responsible to provide a comprehensive technical supports and services for the local users of the entire Chinese market.

- 2001.9，Shanghai Aera attended Nematron international Conference hold in Cannes, France, two company discussed further cooperation in the feature.
- 2002.3, Nematron CEO along with a group visited Shanghai Aera, two companies determined to set up a joint venture in China.
- 2002.7, Shanghai Aera and Nematron signed the agreement of Joint venture.
- 2002.9, Shanghai Aera attended Nematron’s international Conference held in Roma, Italy，Nematron formally declare setting up the Joint venture – NematronChina.
- 2003.1，Nematron and Shanghai Aera released the news for setting up the Joint venture, NematronChina.
- 2003.10，Nematron VP for manufacture and manager of production reviewed Shanghai Aera’s factory, checking and accepting the product line.
- 2003.11，NematronChina released CE passed AE series IPC, and sold them in the world.
